Young Shaad at the age of 15 moved to Japan, Okinawa where he came to realize the gift he had as a rapper. He returned to San Francisco, after staying in Japan for a year, to pursue a career as a rapper. He began his musical career with the famous RBL Posse in the San Francisco Bay Area.
